JK Summer Vacation 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has released the summer vacation schedule for schools in Jammu and Kashmir. According to an official notice published today on their website, schools in the Jammu Division will be closed from June 1 to July 16, 2024.
The Principal Secretary of the Higher Education Department of Jammu & Kashmir issued an order today directing the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) to implement summer vacation for all government and private schools in the Jammu region. The vacation period, from June 1 to July 16, 2024, applies to schools in the summer zone areas of Jammu Division. The order specifies that all government and recognized private schools within this zone must adhere to these dates for their summer break.

SRINAGAR: The School Education Department (SED) has announced summer vacations for all government and private educational institutions up to the secondary level, scheduled from July 8 to July 17.
The Director of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) issued an order on Sunday announcing summer vacations for all government and private recognized schools up to the higher secondary level in the Kashmir Division. The order states, “Consequent upon the approval conveyed by the competent authority, it is hereby ordered that all the Government and Private Recognized Schools up to higher secondary level functioning in the Kashmir Division shall observe summer vacation w.e.f 08th July, 2024 to 17th July 2024.”
