School Timing in Kashmir 2024 effective from Monday
The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced new school timings for both Government and Recognized Private Schools across the Kashmir Division, effective from August 12 (Monday).
According to the latest order issued by the Directorate of School Education Kashmir, as reported by the Kashmir Bulletin (KB), the new school timings are as follows:
- Schools within Srinagar Municipal Limits: 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM
- Schools outside Municipal Limits of Srinagar District and other areas of Kashmir Province: 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
These timings will be effective starting from August 12.
The order explicitly supersedes all previous directives regarding school timings. Authorities have emphasized that all concerned institutions must strictly adhere to the new schedule. Any deviation from this order will be taken seriously and could lead to appropriate action being taken against the non-compliant institutions.
